Natural neon, Neon-20 and Neon-22 are different commercial requirements. Defining the correct product first prevents the package or documentation discussion from starting on the wrong basis.

1. Identify natural neon or a stable isotope

For natural neon, state the required purity and any individual impurity limits that matter to the process. For Neon-20 or Neon-22, state the target isotopic enrichment, chemical purity, required amount and analytical evidence. The Neon product page separates these three enquiry paths.

2. Define quality beyond the grade name

A grade such as 5.0, 5.5 or 6.0 is only a starting point. The agreed product specification should identify the limits that control acceptance, while the Certificate of Analysis records the result for the supplied batch. SG Trading explains this distinction on the Quality documentation page.

3. Match packaging to quantity and destination

Natural neon can be reviewed in cylinders, while larger requirements can be considered in high-pressure tube modules when filling pressure, transport route and receiving-site interfaces are compatible. 4. Confirm the delivery and documentation basis

The route depends on the package, dangerous-goods acceptance, carrier rules, destination and trade-compliance review. Package availability and delivery feasibility are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed from a general product page.

Start a structured neon request when the available information is ready. An incomplete request is acceptable; the form helps identify what still needs to be confirmed.
