Trade Compliance & Export Control

Every offer starts with a responsible review.

Every enquiry is reviewed against the product, buyer, consignee, end use, destination, transport route and applicable trade restrictions before an offer is confirmed.

Review scope

Information is assessed as one supply context.

The RFQ collects the commercial and delivery information needed to qualify a request. Depending on the product and route, our team may ask for supporting details before confirming feasibility.

Counterparty and consignee review

We review the buyer, consignee and other parties involved in the proposed transaction, including their roles and registered details.

End-use and end-user information

The intended application, end user and final site help establish whether the product and proposed supply are appropriate.

Destination, transit and re-export review

Destination, transit points, handover terms and any known re-export scenario are considered together with route-specific restrictions.

Required declarations and supporting documents

We may request company registration documents, an End-Use Statement, end-user or final-site details and other records relevant to the enquiry.

From enquiry to commercial decision

Providing complete information in the RFQ helps us review the request without avoidable delays.
