SG TRADING L.L.C-FZ, trading as SG Special Gases, operates this website and controls personal information submitted through it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we may receive your work email, telephone number, company name and the information you include in your message. When you submit a supplier application, we may also receive your registered address, product and packaging capabilities, facility photographs, corporate documents and quality-management certificates. Our web host may process routine technical logs needed to secure and operate the website.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare requested commercial information, maintain business records, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers or professional advisers where necessary to operate the website, review your supplier application or handle your enquiry. Supplier application files are stored in protected server storage outside the public website and are not sent as email attachments. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for these purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website use and enquiries, including public pages visited, referring websites, device and browser categories, approximate visitor location, page engagement, and defined interactions such as product selection, form starts, confirmed submissions and clicks on published safety documents or contact links. A document-link click is not confirmation that a download completed.
Our analytics integration does not send names, contact details, company information, enquiry text, uploaded files, application references, calculator quantities or prices. Page query strings and fragments are removed before analytics events are sent, and external referrers are reduced to the referring website origin. Analytics does not set cookies in this configuration and is separate from the processing of an enquiry or supplier application.
