Product and plant scope

Two enquiries, one defined outcome.

Gas supply. Define the end use, target quality, quantity, cylinder specification, tare ownership, destination and documentation required for release.

N2O production plant. A production plant project starts with required output quality and capacity, available feedstock, utilities, site conditions, process boundaries, local approvals and acceptance criteria. Equipment configuration and project responsibility are confirmed only after technical review.

Quality starting points

Typical product specification

N2O ≥98%

≥98%

A commercial starting point for medical-use project review, subject to the applicable market, specification and documentation.

N2O Grade 5.0

≥99.999%

A high-purity starting point for microelectronics and other impurity-sensitive applications.

Quality boundary. The stated range does not define all impurity limits. Final product quality is defined only by the agreed specification and the Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch. Review our quality documentation approach and available packaging formats.

Medical-use boundary. References to medical use describe enquiry context only. Product registration, pharmacopeial compliance, local authorization, release documentation and suitability for the intended use must be confirmed for each market and supply.

For a useful quotation

Define the N2O requirement.

The current product RFQ covers cylinder supply. Add plant requirements in the comments so the project can be routed for a separate technical review.
